    Avoid sugary diet. Bacteria in your mouth love sugar. These bactria in mouth form acids that cause tooth decay and bad breath. Eat a well-balanced diet, and limit foods and beverages containing sugar or refined carbohydrates. When snacking, reach for something healthy, such as nuts, vegetables, cheese and non-acidic fruits.

    Don’t force kids to stop chocolates and cookies, teach them the methods of maintaining personal hygiene. Once the habit is started remains for lifetime.
